Experience Management

This role is essential for fan and volunteer experience. We managed everything outside of competition, which included various fan and spectator experiences that kept the Wodapalooza audience engaged throughout the weekend event.

  • Stage Management: Train and hire stage leads who work throughout the weekend to help execute the schedule we’ve built. This includes: Podcast stage and desk show team, Community Beach (open beach games and brand activations), VIP team, and additional stages that are part of the spectator experience.

  • Podcast scheduling

  • Volunteer Meet and Greets

  • VIP Meet and Greets

  • Partnership with local gyms and groups, including: Huntington Beach Run Club, Local gyms to participate in Community Olypmics - a field-day style competition for local gyms.

  • Align with brand sponsor deliverables to design meaningful activations throughout the weekend
